Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please respect our time as we will respect yours. If you feel you won’t make it to your appointment please give at least a 12hr notice so that we can fill that slot with someone else that’s dying to get in. Failure to give a 12hr notice will result in a 50% charge of your service. No call no shows will result in 100% charge
Please plan around your menstrual cycle if you choose not to be waxed during that time. Menstrual cycles are not a valid excuse to cancel outside of the 12hr window. TAMPONS ARE REQUIRED. If you choose to cancel the no show policy may be applied.
With your appointment you do have a 5 min grace period. If you feel you will be later than 5 mins late to your appointment please give me a call or text so that I can better accommodate you. Also if you have to use the restroom please allow yourself enough time before your appointment to do so.
